Personality:
-Discerning, stalwart, methodical, studious, proud, concerning, precise, ordered, ruthless.
Cirrus takes great pride in her work, and is easily insulted by those who do not. Nor does she give much sympathy to ponies with lack of or deluded dedication. Socially, she is somewhat approachable, but be careful to make a decent first impression. Cirrus is not one for 'childish' relationships. She much prefers the chase and the amusing affects it has on her 'weaker followers'. In her later line of work as a talent scout, she started using this tactic of temptation as a test of a possible candidate's credibility as a future Wonderbolt. Talking to Cirrus can range from feeling immensley out-educated, to humbly accepted. She enjoys the casual and somewhat crude banter she became used to in the Navy, but at heart she is still a mare for eloquence and poise.

Cirrus' involvment into the New Blood tourney is still questioned by many. Some say she is under orders once again from her military to give an example of their might whereas others suggest that she is here on business as part of an uncoventional talent search. Others speculate that she is here under her own terms, though for what purpose they cannot yet discern.
Cirrus employs a number of counter offensive attacks, most often exploiting a predetermined weakness in the foe. She will often focus on anything that could level the field for both combatants, such as removing an opponent's weapon or field advantage. For this reason, combat with Cirrus will always be slow. She rarely engages on her own terms, unless the enemy leave themselves unwillingly open by mistake. Instead, she will prefer to slowly build a tension, using the time to observe and study them, in correlation with any information she may have accrued about her opponent before the battle. On occasion she may even send a few comical flirts their way to catch them off guard.
Her technique focuses heavily on throwing back everything her enemy has to offer, as opposed to making her own attacks. By doing this, her mind is free to concentrate on every move, twitch and step the enemy makes. This, combined with her long served military experience as a decorated pilot in the NLR Navy, makes Cirrus' tempered reactions, martial knowledge and strong situational awareness a powerful combination 'in the ring'.
Cirrus' wide area of study and education coupled with her gifted learning capacity serves her well in being prepared for many oppositions. Having studied various fighting styles and tactics during her time in the Navy, and her extra curricular study of histories, sorceries and magics makes her knowledgable in a range of both martial and magical arts. Of course she cannot cast any form of spells herself, but has shown resistance to some mentally targeted spells in the past.
Her trusted pistol which she carries on her at all times is merely a visual deterrent, she will never kill her opponent as it is against her creed to take life. However, she will not hesitate to use it as a last resort should her life become sufficiently endangered.

Tauro bio: Name: Tauro
Special talent: Pony/bull fighting
Description: Tauro is the son of Iron Will and an unknown mare who died during childbirth. Tauro was nothing like his father as a child and was instead a very happy and passive foal, despite his dad's disdain for that type of behavior. He always imagined he'd have a talent for taking care of plants or animals. One day he was out and found an old mare cornered by some younger, tougher ponies trying to rob her. Tauro rushed to her rescue and fought off the thieves. That's when he got his cutie mark for fighting. His dad later tried to use his talent for profit by entering him in pony fighting or bull fighting contests. Tauro wasn't unhappy with his talent despite what he'd always dreamed of being skilled at, but he was unhappy with his dad using his talent for money instead of actually caring that his son was doing what he was best at. Eventually Tauro decided he should look the part and got his mane styled and his nose and ear pierced. He's fully accepted his talent but he doesn't always use it for sport. He mainly likes to use his talent in fighting to he others who can't defend themselves.
Combat strengths:
-He's had years of fight training both for doing good deeds and for sport. Despite his tough looks, he mainly relies on wit to find an opponents weak spots or where he can swoop in to get the advantage.
-Tauro is also physically strong from years of practice and training and uses his strength to knock his opponents off balance or deliver blows that can knock the air out of them. He often uses his head and horns as sort of battering rams. Despite his somewhat muscular build he's an above average runner.
-He over all has a love for the sport and puts his all into a every fight he participates in. He's ambitious not only to show his talent but also to impress his father. In the heat of the moment he may try to stoop to dirty tricks such as kicking up dirt to hide in or temporarily blind the opponent. He's usually very stung by a loss but he always tries to be a good sport about it and likes to learn new techniques from his opponents after their fights.
Combat weaknesses:
-Despite Tauro having wings he's never really learned to be a great flier since he only had his father to learn from. He can use them to hover off the ground or spread them to make quicker turns but he doesn't exercise them much, meaning he is stuck to ground attacks and doesn't have the speed of a pegasus. If he has his wings open too long without proper defense they can easily be targeted to knock him off balance.
-Even though he sometimes uses dirty tricks of his own he can be sympathetic and will try to help out an injured opponent. He knows how to dish out tricks but he hasn't yet figured out how to notice or take them.
