Biographical background: Ruhig is the firstborn son in a middle class family. Son of a Pegasus father from a winemaking dinasty and Unicorn mother with a generations long Universitary roots. Since little he manifested interest in Litarature, Rethorics, History, Psychology, Military strategy and combat. Due to his origins he practiced since little arts sch as music. Eventually, he graduated from the "Imperial University of Law", hoping to ascend to a career of Ambassador. Due to the high debts imposed to him by the university, and urgent expenses in the family, he was forced to attend a certain illegal formation for a period of a year, making enough money not only to pay for his studies and family, but also to assure himself a careless future. Yet, he preferred to delete this experience from his life, continuing to obtain his Masters Degree in diplomacy, and soon enough, being sent in Equestria to activate as their abassador there. After 6 years of service during which the 2 empire's relation thrived, he decided to advance in a political career, desiring to free the Empire from the bureaucracy and destitution which forced him on a temporary criminal path. After 5 years he became the Minister of External affair, having married a young surgeon Heilen Beruhren, and having his first daughter. Aided in the defense from the unexpected "Changeling Siege" ask-ruhig.tumblr.com/post/8034… sucesfully repelling it, and ascending soon afterwards at the position of Prime Minister, at the age of 45. Organised the "Quiet Revolution", arresting and firing over 500 corrupt demnitaries over a period of a single night. At the age of 65 led the Empire in a defense against the Griffon Empire after countless failed attempts of peaceful resolution. Organised the secret project "New Hope", which was preserving the brains of intellectuals and inventors in hopes to revive them in the future when needed. Dedicated the rest of his life and career to the development of the Empire's infrastructure, economy, medical systems, and pacifist international relations. Died at the age of 95. Was revived through the project "New Hope" nearly 300 years after official death. States that being revived is just a cover-up reason for a far greater intent, and his resuccitation wasn't part of the plan.
Skills and abilities: Talented strategist and tactician, utilizes elements of entourage to his favor in combat. Wield a variety of handheld weapons such as pistols, hunting rifles, and flamethrowers. Unofficially, the new body has been observed to "copy and replicate" technology it touches, how exactly remains unknown. Known skills in his arsenal are "PPB's" (Personal Proton Barriers), short distance warping, cloaking, and overclocking. Flies through an advanced system of anti-graviton repulsing wings, recorded speeds achieving 500 Km/h. Tries to avoid fight and resolve conflicts peacefully, but won't deny the use of aggression as a last resort. 
Observed weaknesses: Always fight alone, easy to trap and surround by enemy troops. Avoids civilian cassualties at all cost, easy to manipulate into surrendering. No visible signs of physical damage even after direct hits of high caliber weapons, but can be easily contained in a gravitational field, and later incarcerated.

Background: Redbloom is a Pegasus stallion born and raised to be a guard for the royalty of Canterlot. From the time he entered his teenage years, he trained day and night to be one of Princess Luna's Royal night guards. He is as tough as a brick wall, as fierce as a lion, but still a kind soul. He is quiet and vigilant, always watching for dangers, whether he be on duty, or just with his friends. He prefers to listen rather than speak, and is a trustworthy friend.
